Dance Stretching in February has classes as usual,
There are some studio changes.
Please check the schedule calendar and make sure there are no mistakes.
We always welcome new students.

We also have a rental, so please feel free to join us.
Acrobat is a yoga pose named after a bird!
crow pose, peacock pose, bird of paradise pose, etc...
Many yoga poses are named after birds.
Some of them are quite difficult...
Let's challenge together!
