ダンスを通して心と身体をストレッチ！！
人と合わせなくていい。
自分の身体と対話しながら、自由に楽しく踊る。
現役ダンサーが教える、老若男女問わず誰もがダンスを楽しめるクラスです。
ヨガやバレエのストレッチの後、音楽に合わせて踊ることで、心も身体もほぐしていきます。

Dance Stretching in February has classes as usual,

Acrobat is a yoga pose named after a bird!
crow pose, peacock pose, bird of paradise pose, etc...
Many yoga poses are named after birds.
Some of them are quite difficult...
Let's challenge together!
