Details

This is the general flow of the class.

We change it little by little each time.

1.Warm Up

Warm up your body with light movements. Start by walking naturally. Add a little different movement each time and warm up while walking. (Fast/slow, sideways/backwards, shoulder rotation, etc.) Next, move lightly while standing still. Through these warm-ups (lightly tapping the body, shaking the body, etc.), the body is warmed up, injury is prevented, awareness is directed to each part of the body, and the senses are awakened.

2.Floor Stretching

Start with a supine position. Take a deep breath and start moving slowly. Gradually stretch while holding your knees and rotating your shoulders. Next, stretch your body slowly in the same way while lying on your stomach. After that, we will perform stretching that incorporates yoga movements in various postures such as crawling on all fours, long sitting, open legs, and lunges.

3. Acroyoga

Challenge acroyoga to create acrobatic poses in pairs and groups. Instead of using your muscles forcibly, keep your balance while being conscious of the floor and the vertical line (power line). As well as correcting the pelvis, a sense of unity among participants is born.

4. Ballet Lesson

Basic ballet lessons. (Use bar in Swallow Class)

Ballet involves pulling up the whole body and turning out the lower limbs (opening outward from the hip joints) just by standing, so it is an exercise for various muscles that you don't normally use. You can also expect a shape-up effect.

5.Combination

It incorporates elements of modern and contemporary dance.

We decide on a theme each time and practice movements accordingly.

Gradually build up your movement vocabulary and use them to dance combinations for 1-2 minutes.

Examples of themes: swaying, bouncing, twisting, weakness, rhythm, etc.

Try different movements to improve strength and flexibility. Dancing for fun can also help relieve stress. Furthermore, it may be a brain exercise by memorizing a slightly longer combination.

*Videos of each class are posted on the Videos page. Please take a look.

6.Relax

Like the beginning, lie on your back and repeat deep breathing. Unwind and relax your whole body. After catching your breath, you can calm down and finish the class comfortably.
